Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds IMPORTANT! Please submit your request in writing to: Francesca@myadultedschool.com Subject: CANCELLATION* *(yes, all caps so I notice!) === === === If you change your mind: • Full refunds will be issued when requested no later than three days (72 hours) prior to the start of the class, course, or workshop*. Please note that a $15.00 processing fee will apply. • No refunds will be issued after the start of the course or workshop. HOWEVER: • My Adult Ed School is open to apply your registration fees to any other class, course, or workshop of your choosing within the calendar year. If My Adult Ed School changes their mind: • If a course or a workshop is canceled for any reason, a full refund will be issued (no processing fees). • Instructor Change: If there is an instructor change for the entire duration of the course, students can request a refund up to three days (72 hours) prior to the start of the class, course, or workshop ($15.00 processing fee will apply) or apply the entire amount to a future class of their choosing within the calendar year. If the Universe changes its mind: • If ONE of MORE CLASSES are canceled due to unforeseen events (power outage, natural disaster, other calamities) and students are unable to attend the rescheduled event, they can: a) email Francesca@myadultedschool.com for special arrangements b) email Francesca@myadultedschool.com to request the refund of the equivalent for the canceled class(es). • If an ENTIRE COURSE/WORKSHOP is canceled prior to its start due to unforeseen events (power outage, natural disaster, other calamities), a full refund will be issued. • If a COURSE/WORKSHOP is partially canceled due to unforeseen events (power outage, natural disaster, other calamities), a refund will be issued for the equivalent of the canceled classes.
